Who We Are

The Happy Hlophe Ward 92 Foundation is a Non-Profit Company and a Public Benefit Organisation.

It was established to honor the legacy of the late Mr. Happy Hlophe, a dedicated community leader and developer who was deeply involved in various community development projects in Clermont KwaDabeka.

Our foundation was formed to continue his vital work and carry on his vision of community upliftment.
